Our aim is for this ancient convent, which rises high above the Mediterranean, to be a place for those who love authenticity, generosity and ‘joie de vivre’ to come together. For the past eight years we have striven to make sure that our guests’ stays are a complete success.
Perched on a cliff, this converted convent and its Saracen tower provide independent apartments for back-to-nature holidays.
The calm of this historic site and the tranquillity of it’s grove of cork-oaks provide the ideal backdrop for discovering the flavours of the ‘terroir’ through our cooking workshops, our ‘table d’hôtes’, the olive grove or the kitchen garden. Artistic opportunities can be discovered through our artists’ residence, art expositions and musical salon. |
